FAQ

Answers on specifications, after-sales service and export shipping.

After-sales

The standard contract includes remote install guidance and training video. On-site days are quoted separately: typically 3–5 days for a VMC, and by meter for conveyors. Please prepare a forklift, electrician and a level floor.

Machine warranty is 12 months. Spindles, belts and heaters follow a spare list. A 12-month kit with the first order avoids waiting on ocean freight. For service, send the serial number and photos.

You receive English and Chinese manuals plus short videos on key points. On-site engineers can work in English. PLC comments stay in the project so takt changes are not locked to the OEM only.

Products

We adapt travel, fixture interfaces, film width or conveyor length to your drawings and takt. Send part size, weight, power and a floor sketch. You get a configuration sheet and lead time before a pre-acceptance run.

Default is 380 V 50 Hz three-phase. 220 V 60 Hz for some Asian and American plants must be written on the PO, including any transformer. Plugs, cable colors and labels follow your electrician’s standard.

Book a visit to see the VMC-850 and packer. For machining, send stock for a trial cut; for packing, send sample boxes. The report and a short video can travel with the quotation.

Shipping

Machines ship in export wooden or steel-frame crates with moisture and rust protection. Marks, port and fumigation follow your forwarder. Precision parts are boxed separately with a packing list for arrival checks.

Standard VMC-850 and AP-400 builds take about 25–40 days. Conveyors follow meter count; robot cells follow gripper complexity. Rush jobs are answered after we check castings and electrical stock—no empty “next week” promises.

We issue invoice, packing list, contract and technical data. Certificate of origin, inspection or embassy legalization is extra by country. Tell us any HS-code preference so the goods description matches your license.
