Many RFQs only say “we need a VMC.” After arrival the travel is short or the magazine is small, and the retrofit costs more than the machine. Size X/Y from the longest part plus fixture, and Z from the tallest stack.

A 24-tool magazine fits auto parts with a stable tool list. Mold inserts with 30+ tools should be flagged early. A 4th axis helps hole patterns on several faces; it is not automatic for every bracket.

Export plants must lock 380 V/50 Hz versus 220 V/60 Hz and any transformer. Chip conveyor direction must match floor trenches. Send drawings and annual volume for a VMC-850 configuration sheet.

Standard VMC-850 and AP-400 builds take about 25–40 days. Conveyors follow meter count; robot cells follow gripper complexity. Rush jobs are answered after we check castings and electrical stock—no empty “next week” promises.

Machines ship in export wooden or steel-frame crates with moisture and rust protection. Marks, port and fumigation follow your forwarder. Precision parts are boxed separately with a packing list for arrival checks.
